1. Image files

Images you convert are processed in your browser's memory using standard browser APIs. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. When you close the extension, nothing remains on our side — because there was never anything on our side.

2. Local storage

Your preferences (output format, quality, save location, interface language) and, if you purchase Pro, your license key are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage. This data never leaves your device and you can erase it anytime by removing the extension.

3. License activation (Pro only)

When you activate a Pro license, the license key you enter is sent — through our proxy server — to our payment processor Creem.io for verification. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record: their privacy policy governs the payment and license data they process. We never receive your card details.

4. What we can see

Nothing about your usage. We do not count conversions, do not fingerprint devices, and do not use cookies.

1. The Service

PixPort is a browser extension that converts images between formats locally on your device. The free tier includes single-image conversion; the one-time "PixPort Pro" purchase ($9.99 USD) unlocks batch conversion, ZIP packaging, additional output formats, and size controls.

2. License Grant

• Your Pro license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license.
• You may activate it on up to five (5) devices for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense your license key.
• We may revoke keys involved in piracy, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Taxes are handled by Creem. The license key is delivered instantly on the payment success page and by email. If you did not receive it, see the recovery steps above or contact us.

4. Refund Policy

• 60-day full refund: request anytime within 60 days of purchase by emailing wgy117385@gmail.com with your payment receipt.
• Refunds are processed via Creem.io; funds typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
• A refunded license is deactivated and must stop being used.
• After 60 days, refunds are considered case-by-case (e.g., unrecoverable defects).

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

• Do not use the extension for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass, crack, or circumvent license verification.
• Do not redistribute or resell the extension or your license key.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PixPort is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversion results will meet every requirement or that the extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of PixPort is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
